What Could Be The Reason For Having Black Stool And Stomach Ache?

iam on atkins diet since last two years i have lost 100 pounds...took a break for 3 months and started again but im not losing weight stuck have stomachache and my stool is also black..is every thing ok?
im 45 yeras height 5.7 and weight is 100kg. plz help
