Tired After Waking Up, Pressure In Head And Ears. Reason? No Sinus Problem

Hi, I have been feeling very strange this morning, I woke up tired. When ever I bend down to get something I feel pressure in my head and ears as if my ears are going to explode I wonder why??? I dont have sinus , I don t take any medication , I am very healthy otherwise. Please let me know y I have this pressure in my head

It si possible to the frontal sinus infection. Even if you dont have sinus problem even then you can develop an occasional sinus infection. get examined by a doctor and do plenty of steam inhalation.
