Tired And Sleepy, Hard To Concentrate

I have been having difficult sleeping times, i am constantly tired and needing to drink coffee so i do not sleep. when i am trying to do some work it is hard to concentrate for a set time. i usually get to sleep at about 4am and then having to wake up about 7 for school. i usually tend to have at least one nap during the day and on weekends much more. i am very worried its been about a few months

Try to avoid tea/coffee at bed time.Make a gap at least 2 hrs between dinner and sleeping time.
Try to avoid over exertion and stress.
Go for complete investigation to rule out any deficiency.Start B12 AND MULTI VITAMIN medicines under guidance of your family physician.
Avoid heavy dinner and over eating at bed time.
Consult your physician for further guidance and medical management.
