Tiredness, Depression, Anxiety. Taking Remeron. Correct Dosage?
I have major sleep problems for yrs. That is, I am always tired in the morning. I also have depression and anxiety. I have been taking 15mg of remeron for 3months. It has helped my sleep. A few days ago I upped my dosage to 30 mg to help with mood. My question should I take 15 or 30 mg to get the maximum benefit. both sleep better and better mood

Hi, you are using mirtazepine, anti depressant drug for sleep disorder, and mood changes, and you was getting the desired effect.
Then you have changed the dose to the 30 mg from 15 mg effect of both you are feeling the same.
It is better to use the minimal dosage, so long you are satisfied, if it stop working at this dose you may increase the dose or change the drug with your doctors advise. Thank you.
