Hi Pooja,
welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms suggest of bacterial infection which commonly causes pharyngitis. The bacteria could be staphylococcus or streptococcus. I suggest you visit your doctor for antibiotics and fever therapy.
You could have got the infection by eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water. The vomiting and loose motions also suggest a case of food poisoning. My advise to you would be to avoid drinking cold water, and eating unhygenic food.
Your doctor will also help you with the specific diet to be followed.
Thanks.
