Tiredness In Arms, Legs, Random Fasiciclation Over Body, Breathlessness, B12 Deficiency. ALS?
Hi i have been very tired since a couple of weeks and mostly in the arms and legs. I also have been having trouble with fasiciclation all over my body but they are very random. I m also a bit out of breath sometimes. I have done some bloodwork and i have a small b12 defficincie. Is this something i have to worry about like ALS? Im 21 years old and i had a very stressfull month before this started happening.
I went through your description. You were stressed out before the tiredness creeped in and that might explain every symptom. Therefore don't worry.
Stress happens when body and mind works beyond its tolerance level. In the course, the body utilises some of the stored nutrients. But vitamins are not stored and therefore the only source is eatables. Tiredness feeling, pain, feeling helpless, suspecting that there is something wrong with the body, watching the body and getting distressed are common symptoms of a stressed out person.
Have a nutritious diet for a week or so. Drink enough water. Take proper rest. Sleep for 8 hours. In a week you should be perfect.
Hope this clears your doubt. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
