Tiredness, Nausea, Abdominal Pain. Previous Appendectomy. Suggestions?

Hi, I had an appendectomy 5 weeks ago now whilst i was travelling in Nepal. It was caused by e.coli.
Since being back in the UK (for the last 4 weeks) I have felt generally fine, however this last week I have become increasingly tired and nauseous, (as well as dizzy when I stand up) and my abdominal pain has increased - in particular whilst walking and moving. I have been unable to work today and was sent home early yesterday.

Hi thanks for posting your query in healthcare magic
Appearances of symptoms after about 4 weeks is really require detail evaluation. You didn't tell us about fever is present or not, if yes then urgently consult your surgeon who performed surgery. I suggest you to get complete blood count and ultrasound abdomen even there is no fever. This will exclude infection and collection in abdominal cavity.
Without investigations please do not start antibiotics because you might get benefit temporarily but collection will remain if it is there
Hope this information will help you. Take Care
