Today I experienced chest pains. Along with pain in my right arm and shoulder. I am a 45 year old female 5'0 145 lbs.
I wasn't sure if I was experiencing symptoms of either a heart attack or panic attack. I didn't want to jump to conclusions about a heart attack. Since I have bursitis on my left arm/shoulder I was nervous that I may confuse what I was feeling in my arm in conjunction with the chest pains and shortness of breath I felt claustrophobic and restricted. Chest pains were on my left side in middle behind my breast. Opening and closing feeling and then it would subside. I finally went to my sisters doctor who took my blood pressure and did a 30 second EKG. He said all was normal. He pushed down on my stomach and said he wants to do a sonogram of my gall bladder and prescribed some nexium. He also told me I'm stressed out and wants to give me stress pills.
I'm a bit confused

I took the nexium and now my stomach is hard and I'm bloated. I have gas, reflux and abdominal pain
