Today I noticed a small lump of skin under the ridge of my penis. I was circumsized at the age of 4 and now I am 23. When I pressed the lump small amount of white stuff came out of the sides of the lump. Now the lump is flattened out. I have washed the area thoroughly. Is this something I have to worry about?
I have read some diagnosis of similar conditions and found about smegma . The pictures of smegma is not similar to what I had. The lump was of my skin color and not white.
