Today I was working as cashier after about 4 hours I was extremely hot the ac wasn't running enough I did not have a break I am 60 yrs not use to this position I almost passed out at the register the mgr helped me to the restroom I was shaking very hot everyone was asking me if I am diebetic I had test 3 months ago
doctor said everything came out fine Is there a free medical help
