Today Is Minday. On Friday I Woke Up With A

Today is Minday. On Friday I woke up with a couple of floaters in my right eye, no big deal. But then Saturday, I woke up with several floaters, single ones, clusters, and smokey type ones to the right side of my visual field. On Sunday, o began experiencing fuzzy vision and occasional arched flashes of light. No pain but an increased sensation of pressure and some photophobia. Seen an eye dr today, who tells me that I have vitreous detachment. She tells me that it's common in people in their 50s and I shouldn't worry and just follow up in 4 months. I just turned 53 and I am worried. The fuzzy vision and increased floaters interferes with my vision and causes eye strain.
