Today my husband saw his neurologist for an EMG and Ncs. The doctor said he feels he has a motor neuron disease. He woukd not say ALS although I have suspected this for some time. He has to have leg braces and a walker and his muscle mass has alarmingly diminished. The doc ordered an antibody blood test because he said if he has whatever he is looking for, it is treatable. What is he looking for?
