Toddler Fell Down, Given Medication, Noticed Difference In Speech. Should I Be Worried?

My friend s 2 years old Todd fell down last night. Morning he was womit after they took him to the hospital.there they had done several examination. And doctor gave him medication. But he wasn t feel well. He has fever and they see difference in his speech. What the parence has to do now

I think any child who has a fall and has vomiting then there is a risk of concussion. Especially if the child has subsequently developed issues with speech he needs an urgent assessment and possibly CAT scan of the brain to rule out any intracranial injury. Better to be safe than sorry later.
