Toddler With Curvature In Legs. Tests Showed Low ALP, Normal Calcium, Vitamin D, X-ray Showed No Evidence Of Rickets, Genu-varum Deformity. What Do The Results Mean?

My one year and four month year old boy has some curvature in his legs we did blooad test and the results was as follow ALP 735 u/l normal range (250 to 775) Calcium 9.8 mg/dl normal range (8.1 to 10.4) Vitamin D (25 hydroxy cholecalciferol ) 38.4 ng/ ml normal range (20 to 70) And examination Xray wrist and knee is .no radiological evidence of active ricketes could be seen .relative Jeno varus deformity is also seen .normal bone density .normal joint spaces Would you please help to understand the results

Thanks for your query .
The boy simply has "physiologic bow legs" which is not even considered a disease.
Up to age 2 years babies may have physiologic bowing of the lower extremities.
This problem will resolve spontaneously without treatment, as a result of normal growth.
All tests only indicate that his bones & joints are absolutely normal .
Rest assured , there is nothing wrong and no reasons to worry.
