Toddler With Slight Fever And White Patches Inside The Corner Of Her Mouth. Suggestion?

I have a 14 mos old baby girl, with a slight fever and thick white patches on the inside corners of each side of her mouth. There are also small white spots on the inner parts of her lip. She is very fussy, does not want to eat, keeps putting her hands in her mouth. She will drink out of a sippy cup, only out of a bottle at bedtime.
