Toddler's Burp Smells Of Rotten Eggs And Occasional Vomiting. Weaned Of Breast Milk. What Does This Indicate?
My 23 month old constantly burps and it smells like rotten eggs. At first we thought it may have been caused by breast milk but he has now been weaned since he was 21 months and drinks whole cows milk, but the rotten egg smell is still there! Occasionally he vomits that doesnt seem to be associated with bad food/allergies, but still every burp has that smell. Just wondering what this may be caused by?

probably it is due to fatty indigestion and protein indigestion.
Give digestive enzymes twice daily.
Get the stool examined for undigested fat globules, starch an protein matter.
You reduce fat containing weaning foods for 1-2 weeks
If no improvement cosult pediatrician immediately.
