Tongue Looks Like Paper Cut, Dry Lips, Whitish Tongue. What Could It Be?
tongue feels like paper cut toward tip of tongue but sort of looks like separation of the taste buds (small fingerlike) accomponied by dry lips and whiteish tongue. No open sores on tongue, gums or lips. When you brush taste buds with your finger you get the carpet effect then you see the separation that looks like cuts.

Apply Gention violet locally.
Take some B.complex, folic acid tablets.
Keep oral hygiene healthy.
