Took Bath In A Waterfall And Got Severe Head Pains. Had To Take A Full Bath. Felt Vomiting Sensation. Treatment?

HI DOCTOR,

Please help me recently i wanted to refresh myself. so i planned & went to one natural waterfalls to take bath. When i started taking bath, starting itself i got severe headpain at the center. I felt that i should take bath fully otherwise this pain never goes off. yse same happen. if i didnt take bath properly in the waterfall it caused severe headpain as well as vomitting. Why its happening for me? Please help me

Your query is not very descriptive. The only reason why I feel that you could have head pain is if the water was too much for your head to handle and hit it too hard. Do you get this pain any other time or just when bathing here? Did you drink any of this water? It could have have pathogens which could encourage vomiting.
