Took Injection On Buttocks For UTI. Have Pain On Injection Site, Numbness On Feet. Right Medication?

Hi im 28 years old i have an injection on my buttocks for the urinary tract infection on left side the injection site is no swelling .redness. its already 10 days after my injection still a have pain on my injection site.numbness on my legs and feet and im experiencing a numbness on my head..i go back to may doctor gave me a medicine for pain for 3 days.why still have pain??what are the site for injection?im so worried plz help me.thank you

Some injections are oily and painful up to 2 to 3 days.
Redness,pain,numbness even after 10 days indicates development of infection.
Start nsaid to subside pain,inflammation.
Proper antibiotic is required to control the infection like amoxy/clavulinic.
Take proper local care.
Avoid tight under garment.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
