Took Inoflox 200mg For UTI. I Am Pregnant. What Are The Risks Of Taking Inoflox 200mg In Pregnancy?
Hi there.. Just wanted to ask if my pregnancy will be at risk under this circumstances: My last period was june 8 and i had uti on the 20th and took inoflox 200mg twice a day for 7 days. And now i just found out that i am pregnant (jul 7). Did the inoflox somewhat affect my fetus during the days that ive taken them? Please help me.. My ob is still out of the country and i cant wait to know...

Inflox belongs to category C drug in pregnancy,
means no controlled studies on animals have reported teratogenic effects,
but no sufficient studies available in humans,
so as you have already taken the drug, you once discuss with your gynecologist,
and follow with regular checkups and ultrasound examinations,
so that any abnormality can be found out at the earliest and treatment can be taken.
