Took Medications For Yeast Infection. Delayed Periods. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Is The Problem?

I received my monthly periods on 12th July 2012. On 4th August 2012 i went to hospital due to yeast infection and was given medications to cure that. I have not received my periods and on the 12th August i took a pregnancy test which turned negative but up to now i have not received my periods. What could be the problem?
