Took Pill After Having Sex With Boyfriend. Feeling Queasy, Emotional. Test For Pregnancy?

I started taking the pill about 4 days after my period. I started the pill pack on a wed and doubled up on the pill until I was caught up to only taking one on the start of a new week. By the 4th week I had sex with my boyfriend while on the speckled pills about 6 days ago. Im not feeling real good kinda queasy and emotional. Should I take a pregnancy test? Im worried.

Hi, thanks for asking on HCM.

Oral contraceptive pills provide their complete protection if you start taking the pills on the day 1 of your cycle. As you started late, its efficacy may have decreased.If you don't get your periods, then you should do a pregnancy test. There is no use of this test before you miss your period.
