Took Steroid Injections For Trigger Finger. Can Tendon Be Released From Swollen Part In A Weeks Time?

hi i have trigger finger (my middle and fourth finger)about couple of months and i have went to a doctor and he has injected my finger with steroed and he said 3 -7 days the tendon will be released from the swollen part , but i my case i have a really hard work i hang live turkey from their legs they are about 16-26 pounds and the doctor gave me only one week ,do you think its gonna get better in these days because i am going back to work in a week what do you recommend.i also have my thumb is swollen but its not locking,

After going through your queries I suggest you to go for Doctor's treatment it take time to resolve.
With this injections you able to do your work (In One Week) but you have to take this injection on regular basis.
In medical treatment this is last option.
After this surgery is only option which help in release of tendon which giving Problem to affected fingure.
