Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
This is a very nice that proper diagnosis made and patient is responding very well.
Now when improvement is there so please keep one thing in mind.
Regular treatment in Koch's is very important,so don't miss any dose as prescribed by you doctor.
When your doctor advice that discontinue the treatment than take action.
Usually abdominal tuberculosis is not so infectious as lungs ( pulmonary) ,but certain precaution is necessary.
Don't share food in same plate of the patient.
She will get well soon, but complete treatment must be.
There will not be any problem in future.
It will not infect other members.
Hope I have answered all queries.
If any further question I will be happy to help.
Good luck for your sister.
