Hello. Welcome to HCM.
First for your cough- Most of the sore throats are caused by viruses. And it is common for post viral cough to last as long as upto about 6 weeks. If you have taken medication already, then it would be better to go in for regular steam inhalation at least thrice a day. The efficacy of steam can be increased by addition of mild eucalyptus oil or mild decongestant drops. It would be helpful if someone can tap your back and sides of chest with flat of hand or gentle cold fists as it would provide a natural way of physiotherapy.
Second- If the sputum is coloured, you should go in for culture and antibiotic sensitivity testing of the same. AFB and Fungal staining is also required.
Thirdly, your toothpain can be due to local factors as the stress on oral muscles caused by severe coughing. It is expected to go off when your congestion and cough heals.
Hope this helps. Take care.
