HI and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about the findings of this
ultrasound and all the inconvenience this has caused to you.
Myoma(
fibroid) is a very common finding in women of child bearing age. Averagely, 25% of all women develop at least one at some point in their life. It is normally left alone unless it starts too cause problems like excess bleeding pains, obstruction, too big etc. Rarely does it causes
infertility and if any difficulties getting pregnant result from its location, then surgery usually corrects this.
Your chances of having children at not altered very much by the presence of a fibroid alone. Many women get pregnant with fibroids, carry the
pregnancy to maturity and put to birth without and difficulties.
Nabothian cyst is not too much of a concern talking about pregnancy too. Most nabothian cysts cause no signs nor symptoms and need no specific treatment.
You will definitely be able to have children one day unless something more comes up. Based on theses findings, if any specific treatment i indicated, the chances of having babies are intact.
I hope this answers your questions and relieves you of your worries.
If you desire more information, please let us know.
I wish you well.
