Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
First of all, you have a pelvic inflammatory disease that means infection in and around uterus.
It is a serious problem which may cause adhesion leading to infertility. So, you have to take it seriously. I am giving one treatment regimen: Tab Doxycycline 100 mg 1 tab twice a day for 14 days.
Then you should again do a USG whole abdomen. If then also the disease persist the regimen should be changed.
