Treated For Cervical Spondylitis. Giddiness , Pain Near Shoulder. Lost 12kg Weight Working On Treadmill. Related?

hi, doctor,

I am 40yrs old lady. I am suffering from cervical spondylitis since past 5 years. I did not experience any pain or giddiness ever I got treated initially. but since last 2 months I am again feeling giddiness and pain near my right shoulder as if it's pain of cervical. one important thing, I started workout on treadmill since last 6 months for 20 min daily. I 've lost 12 kg weight too . is it because of this work out, I've regained this pain.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The most common reason for the cervical spondylitis is awkward posture at work. Using a threadmill may not lead to exacerbation of spondylitis. As you are spending so much time on your body work out dedicate some extra time for working out on your cervical bones.
Also change your workplace setting and place your laptop/computer at a proper eye level.
