I HAD A MIGRANE MONDAY AT WORK ABOUT 5 O CLOCK IN THE EVENING , I GOT OFF AT 8 PM. MY HEAD WAS THROBBIMG. I HAD A BEER AND A HALF AND AT 845PM HY HEAD HURT SO I WENT OUSIDE, WELL A FEW SECONDS LATER . EVERYTHING WENT BLACK AND I BLACKED OUT AND THEY SAY I FELL ON THE PARKING LOT. THEY SAID I WAS OUT FOR 5 OR 10 MIN THEY CALLED AMBULANCE. I WOKE UP AT .THE ER . THEY SAY AFTER ALL EX RAYS I WAS FINE. WELL IVE GOT ABLACK EYE . BLEEDING AND DRAINAGE FROM EAR. HOW TO I CURE THE BLACK EYE AND DRAINAGE FROM MY EAR

Get related investigation completed. Eye move ment uniocular and binocular to detect any muscele paralysis. Refraction to bedone if error detected then tobe crrected. If diplopia for muscle paralysis then orthoptic exercise can be tried. Tablet migranil can be taken for few days. For drainge from ear head bath to be prohibited. Otec ear drop can beused for 7 days. Get ear examined by ent specialist for further manage ment.
