Treatment For Chest Pain When Sitting Without Dizziness?
I have been having these sharp cheast pains more like just over my left breast down my left arm when I am sitting. I have acid reflux but on meds. I am not dizzy or short of breath. But they go from dull to sharp in not time. hurts all the way to my back. g

The pain looks like a musculoskeletal pain or a nerve getting irritated. Does`nt look like arising from lung or heart since you have not mentioned about any other symptom. Take a pain reliever and take rest. If it doesn't subside anytime soon, consult a physician. I hope your acid reflux is well controlled.
