Treatment For Dead Cell In Brain

how to remove dead cell in brain because I got stroke my left site brain because of this have i got parellelise my left hand and leg it is happend before 2 and half years till treatment going on taking drugs from proper doctor doctor say it is because of cells in brain got dead it mean once remove the dead cell from brain i can walk do my jobs freely please let me know i gotsome knowledge from internet please help me out from this problem email YYYY@YYYY

stroke occurs due to 2 reasons
1. the artery supplying the brain bursts due to high blood pressure and the part of the brain supplied by that artery is deprived of the blood and glucose and the cells dies
2. the artery gets occluded by the thrombus and again the blood flow is obstructed resulting in the death of the brain cells
the brain cells that are called neurons are the only cells in the body which when dies not regenerates again and hence resulting in permanent damage. however some researchers do suggest role of vitamin B 12 complex in the improvement of the neurological function. a herbal extract known as ginkobioloma has also been observed in showing improvement in brain function in stroke patients. however physiotherapy of the affected side is also very helpful
