Treatment For Endometrium Trilaminar And Multiple Cysts In Ovaries

Uterus is anteverted midline regulat contour & homogenous myometrical echopattern. Endometrium is trilaminar & thin. Subendometrial halo is distinct. Both ovaries demonstrate multiple ( 12) small cystic structure less than 1 cm in diameter scattered within an echodense stroma suggestive of a bilateral polycystic ovary. No adnexal masses noted. No free fluid in the culdesac. Can anyone explain this? Thanks

Hi I think if you are having any periods problem then you will need some medicines. You have a polycystic ovarian disease. But it is very common.Trilaminar endometrium is a normal finding.
