Treatment For Foul Smelling Blood Blister On Inner Thigh?

i have large purple bloodbliser about the size of a silver dollar coin on my inner thigh sort of looks like a large wart it started out small but keeps growing it bleeds at times when it bleeds there is a real strong odor i have had this for several years

I am quite empathetic to the foul smelling blood blister on inner thigh.

After reading your query it appears that you have got secondary infection at the thigh area.

I suggest you to immediately meet your primary care physician to give an appropriate treatment for the same.

In my patients with your kind of problem I prefer to take care of infection by proper cleaning of wound and applying antibacterial cream.

A proper course of antibiotic is required to check the infection. I prefer to do a culture a sensitivity of the wound and accordingly the most sensitive antibiotic is given.

A pain killer tablet is very helpful in reducing the inflammation at the affected site.
