Treatment For Hepatic Jaundice

hi......i am suffering from hepatitic jaundice from past 18 days. at that time the bilirubin level was 8.20 and SGPT count was 5860...know it is decreased and the count is now 221...and the bilirubin is 9.50....is it improving according the way it should??? and with this there is gas problem.....what is the reason for that?????

thank you for posting query at HCM.

noticed your suffering from hepatitis.

most likely, it seems HepA infection. HepA infection is self limited disease.
however, its recommended to rule out Hepb and hepC.

have rest
cut fat in diet
drink sugarcane juice
avoid alcohol and junk food until liver enzymes return to normal
recheck liver enzymes after 6 weeks'
