Treatment For Tender Bump After Head Injury, Headache, Sore Muscles?

I fell and hit back of head yesterday hard. (Black ice) I never got disoriented, but my question is, I never got a bump jetting out and it is very tender with a soft spot. I do have headache and muscles are extremely sore from tensing up. I don t want to over react, so what should I be watching for?

Thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the tenderness head ache and muscle soreness could be secondary to the impact or because of the fractured bone in the affected site...kindly consult a oral maxillofacial surgeon and you need to take some radiographs like PA VIEW, OPG... take analgesics till you meet the physician...i hope my answer will help you..
