Treatment For Testicular Cancer

sir unfortunately i lost my balls due to testicle cancer nd because i wan in teen age 22 year so at early i feel shame to discuss with any one but at last i tell my doctor nd he said u have to remove balls.. is it possible to get back balls or any artificial balls which feels my like a man and last what effect on my body growth due to this cancer??? am i able to get marriage??? is this cancer stop or move to other parts of my body as time pass???? i am totally upset due to this by mently as well as physchologically... plzzzzz help me out.. regards

I really appreciate your concern and understand this, if this is malignancy then you wont be able to have the body part that is being removed surgically, now for the spreading of this lesion (Metastasis) it is all depends upon the nature of disease and stages some time this may not spread if treated in time, of course you can marry, with mutual understanding, for the reproduction you need to discus this with oncologist because to answer this query some detail of this case may needed, have a good luck.
