Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea, Sweating, Pale, High BP?

Hi my son is 18 he woke up feeling bad and went to bathroom ,had diarrhea and then fainted ,good thing he was on his knees and dint get hurt,since then he has been throwing up and going to bathroom for diarrhea ,iv given him some rice with some lemon but he keeps throwing up,he gets cold and swetty his jands curl at times,and he gets white,he is drinking small amount of water at times,had abit of high blood presure earlyer 11 over 14 ,he tried to sleep it comes and goes anything else i can do?

hi ,it looks lke your son might have eaten a wrong thing these symptoms tell about food poisioning a mild one...
intially we can treat your son symptoms .its very much beter if we start him on intravenous medication as he vomits every thing ,and he should not be given anything by mouth till 48 hrs... if he ask himself just give only sips of water if he dosent vomit kindly start on soft diet like juices without soreness means sweet juices avoid lemon as it increases the acid level on empty stomach
1.vomitings -zofer 8mg intra venous
2.and for diarrheao loperamide thrice daily and stop in symptoms relapse
his twisting of hands is due to low calcium levels... we need to take him to hospital to treat atleast for 2 days
