Treatment Process After Removing Packed Nose For Persistent Bleeding Due To High BP

my nose was packed yesterday for persistent nose bleed and I have high blood pressure on blood thinners for a recent heart attack..what should be the next course of action when the packing is taken out and the nose continues to bleed.I am 66 years old..

Thanks for posting your query in our blog. Dear sir we have to get a nasal endoscopy for you, once your nasal pack is removed. After that if the nose continues to bleed we might have to do endoscopic assisted bipolar cauterization of the bleeding point.
