Trembling Legs And Hands After Exercise. Increased Heart Rate, Feeling Nervous. What Happened?

Hi! When I went to the gym, I did lunges. After I completed my set, I felt as though I was going to pass out. In fact, I am sure that I was going down for the count. My legs were trembling and so were my hands. I felt as though my blood pressure plummeted and then my heart rate increased and I felt nervous. I made to my car and drove home. What do you think happened?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is difficult to conclude – Postural hypotension / disorders of rate or rhythm / electrolyte disturbance – might have been responsible.
The wise option will be to get yourself examined by an Internist / a few basic investigations may be necessary...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
