Tried Diltigesic For Anal Fissure And Piles. Intense Itching Around The Anus. Treatment?

I have been suffering from anal fissure/ piles for quite a long time. I have tried diltigesic ointment. At first i got so much relief but after some times, when i apply diltigesic gel i got an intense itching around my anus and this problem still persists. I have also tried smuth ointment and ruticool ointment which too gave relief for sometime. Again it would give me burning anus all day since last week. Now please advice me , what i should do to treat my pile.

Hemorrhoids are varicose veins occurring in the anus.
Originates in the radicals of three veins namely, superior, middle, inferior.
3 O'CLOCK,
7 O'CLOCK
11 O'CLOCK.

Varicose means swollen,twisted and lengthened ,as a result of poor circulation.
Upward blood circulation ( from anus to upward side) hampers so dilatation of veins and that nodes( dilated vein is known as hemorrhoid).
How a gel or cream can cure or make possible blood to flow upward.
In my opinion consult a surgeon and get in surgery , only option for hemorrhoids.
Fissure , however can be cured by conservative treatment.
