hi i have trouble sleeping, terrible headaches, nausea, fatigue, and im always worrying about life in general that it has affected my ability to concentrate also sometimes due to the terrible headaches it always affects my eye and my eye starts hurting so badly and due to the nausea i sometimes vomit and the fatigue feels like i have no energy in my body at all

I only found one thing from your query that you have headache with nausea ( vomiting).
How it is possible to diagnose disease without complete information as,
Age , sex, hyper tension , diabetes , blood report, urine reports.
Since mention from how may days ,you are having this sort of symptoms.
Any how, in brief your only problem may be due to tension ( stress ) related to your present ( past ) conditions .
Consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
