Trying To Conceive. Had Miscarriages Before, Have PCOS, On Folic Acid. How To Sustain Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, were trying to conceive and maintain pregnancy. I have had 3 miscarriages in 2 years . 2 of them were at 5 weeks and one 8.5 witch was a pmp. I have pcos and have also been put on 5mg of folic acid. I am also taking bit b6 and 12. I do use opk and time it right but nothing is happening. Ewcm is also a little scarce

Hello,

Kindly, consult with your gynecologist to proceed relevant investigations of recurrent miscarriage. Test like D-21 progesterone assay, thyroid profile, TORCH, APLA, blood group & Rh typing etc are required to rule out the exact cause.

On the basis of test report, you may need some treatment like progesterone supplement, ovulation induction drug and other supportive therapy. Good luck.
