Trying To Conceive. Positive PT. Had Bleeding. Negative PT. What Happened?

I have been trying to conceive, had all pregnancy symptoms a few days before my period. Period was 2 days late and I took 4 early response pregnancy test all positive, 2 days later started bleeding like period last 4 days tested again now negative result, currently have low back pain and slight cramping. Could I be pregnant and just ovulated later than expected?

Hi,

Since the pregnancy tests which were positive earlier turned negative, it is more likely that you have had a chemical pregnancy. It is perhaps the cycle delayed. For better confirmation, you can have a blood test and go for a sonogram. Take the advice of your gynecologist for further management. Take care.
