If you alter the time of intake of duphaston, that can lead to spotting. Sometimes urine pregnancy test may not detect the early pregnancy. So if you think that the spotting you had in not your period, you once go for blood test for pregnancy. If the test comes as negative the possibility of pregnancy may not be there. If the test comes as positive, consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound to find out the possibility of miscarriage and treatment can be planned accordingly.
