Trying To Conceive, Abdominal Pain, White Cervical Discharge. Causes For Symptoms?
hi, I recentcly got married, 8 months, me and my husband are trying to conceive, i always have this pain in my lower right side of my abdomen (thinking it s ov) but recently had it bad, and 3 days later had some white cervical discharge with itching. (not preg). what could it be? by the way my husband is my first sex partner. got discharge from ER with vaginitis yeast inf., but waiting for the culture result. just curious!!!!

Not very convinced the discharge caused the pain or they are related. It could be possible they are infectious in origin. Its a good idea to do a culture and sensitivity test. This shall help detect the appropriate anti biotic. The abdomal pain deserves a good and keen evaluation. A screen for Sexually transmitted infections, although rare, could be advised. I believe a good abdomino pelvic echography could be of good help to ascertain the real integrity of your organs. You husband might also need some antifungal drug. this shall be helpful in breaking a transmission vicious cycle, in case, it really exists.
Consulting a gynecologist for some advise shall be a great idea, especially for you, a young couple.
