Trying To Conceive, Ovulation Predictor Sticks Could Not Give Results. Was On Birth Control For A Long Term. Could That Be Causing It?
Good evening. I have been on continuous birth control for a few years now. I decided to stop the birth controls and work on trying to get pregnant. I had my first period ln July 4th and have been using the ovulation predictor sticks. Why is it not prediting my oh surge? Is it because I have been on birth control for so long?
Hi,
Thanks,
As you are on birth control pills since long it takes more time to regulate your normal hormonal level so your stick doesn't predict it on the day as per your calculation.Let the first 2-3 cycle withdrawal bleeding to come then after you will decide it's periodicity.
Thanks again.
