Hello dear,

Uterus is a very important organ of the female body.
So nature has kept it secure & well protected with strong supports (called ligaments) inside the body.
Dislocation of uterus(prolapse) occurs due to injury to these ligaments caused by trauma during complicated cases of child birth or gynecological surgeries.
There are no chances of its dislocation on rope jumping.
In fact skipping will help improving your fitness & keep you strong and active.

Regarding the problem of overweight, you need to do regular exercise & take low calorie diet.
The problem of irregular menstruation can be due to hormonal imbalance (increase in weight can be secondary to it) or any infection/pathology in the uterus, ovary, etc.
Kindly consult a Gynecologist & discuss regarding this.

Wishing you a Healthy Life.
Take care.
