Hi,

Nice to know that you are trying to quit smoking. Methylphenidate is stimulant similar to amphetamines and is therefore associated with a risk of dependence. No herbal tobacco options are available that do not have any adverse effects. However you can try an e-cigarette which is widely available, resembles a conventional cigarette and being aerosol-based, does not produce smoke. You can use nicotine-free fluid in the cartridge if you wish. However, if you use nicotine containing fillers, you expose yourself to the harmful effects to nicotine but still get to avoid the cancer producing contents found in smoke.

Hope this has been of help. Best wishes.
