Tuesday I had a steroid injection in my wrist to target 5 different tendons. After ultra sound the dr saw fluid built up in the wrist which is was also visible in exam. He diagnosed me with tendinitis, and some type of nerve issue due to the discoloration in my wrist prior to injection. I did not feel well after the shot, I am very sensitive to meds and especially steroids. I felt better yesterday and today I used my hand and wrist more. Now I can tell I have fluid build up on the top of my hand, it is bruised pretty dark, numbness and my hand is like ice with little feeling around the injection site, is the normal
