Hi,
From history it seems that your son mighthave stomach virus or acute gastritis giving rise to these symptoms.
Due to having less intake and having fever he is having marked weakness.
Now if vomiting stopped give plenty of liquids and electrolytes orally to correct dehydration.
Give him light diet and fruit juices.
Ok and take care.

Hi
Thanks for your query
Your child has fever with vomiting which are features of acute gastritis which is mostly viral in nature and settles in few days.
Monitor fever every 6 hourlt and in case it is above 100F give paracetamol
In case it is above 102F do tepid sponging.
For vomiting continue with medication as advised.
Maintain hydration,give lemonade,vegetable soup.curd,rice porridge,

Give small servings at one time.

In case of persistent vomiting get him re evaluated by doctor for further management.

Wishing your child good health.
God bless..
